A Ray Liota Day is one where you are doing a bazzillion things and feel that you need to do more - this self coined expression comes from Liota's character in "GoodFellas" - towards the end Ray is sniffing coke, selling coke, trying to stash illegal weapons and oh yeah making the perfect marinara sauce - all at the same time and all while being paranoid about the helicopter flying above.
